For complete beginners and advanced grapplers

Start with zero experience — or take the level you already have further.

You do not need to be fit, and you do not need any previous experience, to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Most of our members had never set foot on a mat before their first class.

You learn step by step, at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment. Experienced grapplers find demanding training with structured sparring and continuous development.

  • Both Gi (with kimono) and No-Gi on the weekly timetable
  • Dedicated beginners classes on two evenings a week
  • Sparring at controlled intensity — you always have a say

Train safely and with structure from day one

Here is how getting started actually works — clear, understandable, no pressure.

  1. No experience needed

You learn the fundamentals from the ground up, without pressure and without being compared to anyone. Ordinary sportswear is enough for the trial class — you do not need a kimono yet.

  2. Clear structure and personal coaching

Every class follows the same shape: warm-up, technique, guided drilling, free rolling. Everything is explained and adapted to your pace.

  3. Safe training, strong community

Controlled sparring, clear rules and mutual respect. You become part of a group that actively helps you improve.
